                   Today the execution application is fixed for further proceeding. At this stage, complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that he wants to withdraw the present execution application being fully satisfied.

                   Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
