After hearing the learned counsel for both the parties, we are of the opinion that the cause shown by the counsel for the appellant who have not been present before the State Commission on 03.02.2023 is adequate since he was appearing in a matter listed at S No.1 before the Hon’ble Supreme Court. It would be appropriate that if the matter is remanded to the State Commission with the directions and decide the matter from where the matter stood on that date and adjudicate matter after giving due opportunity to both the parties.

        Parties are directed to appear before the State Commission on 28^th March 2024.
