2.  Bharat Swipe Machine, Office at Building no.8, Tower C-7^th floor, DLF, Cyber city, Gurugram, through its Branch Manager.
3. Rahul General Store, situated at Nirankari colony, Indri, Tehsil Indri, District Karnal, through its Proprietor.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Ms. Roopa Devi, complainant in person alongwith Sh. Ankit Advocate.

                       

                Today the case is fixed for compromise in Lok Adalat. Complainant has suffered her separate statement that the matter has been compromised with the OPs and she withdraws the present complaint being compromised.

                In view of the above statement the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
