Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant as to why the present complaint shall not be dismissed for non-prosecution.

Today Ld. Counsels for the OP No. 1 and OP No. 4 file haziras  respectively.

Today also no step taken by the complainant. None appears on behalf of the complainant. No show cause is filed on behalf of the complainant.

It is evident from the previous order that the Ld. Counsel for the complainant submitted that despite repeated efforts, the Ld. Counsel could not contact with the complainant to take further step in the instant case.

Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion that the complainant has lost interest to proceed with the complaint further, for which he is not contacting with his Ld. Counsel for further proceeding.

Hence, it is

O r d e r e d

that the present Consumer Complaint being No. 149/2014 be and the same is dismissed for default without any cost.  

            Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
