This complaint has been filed by the complainants against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to repay the excess interest of Rs.5,78,791/-  charged in the Loan Accounts of the complainants with subsequent interest thereon at 12% p.a. from 01.03.2013 to 18.10.2016 in all a sum of Rs.8,93,119/- with future interest on Rs.5,78,791/- from 19.10.2016 upto the date of full payment and to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and deficiency in service with cost of the proceedings.

Proof Affidavit of the complainants not filed for a long time to prove the allegations raised in the complaint.  The complainants and Counsel absent for a long time.   Hence, this case is dismissed for default.
