The authorized representative of the complainant submits that the original documents mentioned in the Misc. Application are under the custody of the opposite party and for proper adjudication of the case the original documents are required to be produced by the bank for inspection of the same by the complainant.

The prayer of the complaint is allowed in part.

The opposite party is directed to produce documents mentioned in the instant Misc. Application except the documents mentioned in serial nos.3, 6, 7 and 8.

Thus, the Misc. Application is allowed in part and disposed of.
