It is seen from the said copy of order that Hon’ble SCDRC has been pleased to allow the appeal being No. FA/313/2012 dismissed the complainant being No. CC/49/2011 on 28/11/2013 vide its order No. 08.

 

As the complainant had been dismissed by the order of an appeal, as aforesaid this present Execution Application is liable to be out rigthly rejected.

 

Hence, the present Execution Application being EA/03/2012 arisen out of CC/49/2011 stands rejected of disposed of.
