Perusal of record reveals that steps for service of notice upon respondent Nos. 1 & 3 were not taken by the appellant even on 18.08.2023, on which date, following order was passed by this Commission:

“Put up today.

According to office report dated 18.08.2023, steps for service of notice upon respondent Nos. 1 and 3 have not been taken by the appellant.

Steps be taken within two weeks’ positively.

Put up on 04.09.2023 for further orders.”

Inspite of that, steps for service of notice upon respondent Nos. 1 & 3 have not been taken by the appellant as yet.

It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed in default of the appellant.
