              Appellant and advocate remained absent. Heard submissions from the learned advocate for respondent. Considering the reasons stated in the impugned judgement and order in the light of submissions advanced before us, we do not find any good ground for interference in the impugned judgement and order in the complaint No.164/2012 by Additional District Consumer Forum, Nagpur in respect of the conclusion drawn by learned Consumer Forum below that there was no deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party/Union Bank of India, Hingna Aadegaon Branch, Main Road, Nagpur. The learned Consumer Forum below dealt with the point to be determined in detail and arrived at logical conclusions in the facts and circumstances above and hence no interference is required. Appeal is dismissed. No order as to cost.
