That the Complaint Case No.06 of 2015 is allowed exparte against the O.P. with cost of Rs.5,000/- only.

That the Complainant Smt. Bharati Kar is entitled to get Rs.2,55,000/- only as Repairing Charge as assessed by the Surveyor of the O.P.  She is also entitled to get Rs.50,000/- only as Compensation for her mental agony, harassment and financial trouble, caused by the O.P.

That the O.P. is hereby directed to pay Rs.3,10,000/- only in total (Rs.5,000/- as Cost + Rs.2,55,000/- as Repairing Charge + Rs.50,000/- as Compensation) to the Complainant within two (2) months from the date of this Order, failing which  interest @ 9% p.a. will accrue on the said decreetal amount from the date of this Judgment till realization.             

Let a copy of this Judgment be supplied to the parties free of cost as per Rule.
