The case record is put up being identified for settlement in the ensuing “Maha Upobokta Lok Adalat” of the dispute. The complainant also agreed to receive Rs.10,000/- , in the instant matter. Peruse the case record and joint memo filed by the complainant and O.P.The O.P. agreed to pay Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand ) only for full and final settlement of the dispute. The complainant also agreed to receive Rs.10,000/-in the instant matter. Therefore he is having no claim further against the O.P.

    Considering the submission of the both parties and contents of memo, the complaint stands dismissed. Accordingly the case is disposed of.
