Parties appeared in this case through their respective lawyer . A withdrawal petition has been filed by the compalinant through his lawyer stating their in that compalinant has settled his case amicably with the opposite party outside the commission complainant is not willing to contest this case further more . Hence the withdrawal petition filed by the lawyer of the complainant may kindly be accepted & the case at hand may kindly be disposed of .

                      Ld lawyer of the opp has also supported the contents of  amicable  settlement between the parties outside the court .

                      After going through the withdrawal petition & after hearing the rival submission the withdrawal petition is ordered to be accepted & the case at hand is disposed of on the basis of withdrawal petition . keep the record in the record room .
