          Heard  Mr. B.K . Sarma, learned  counsel, appearing for the applicant/respondent. Also heard the learned  counsel appearing for the appellant.

          This is an application filed by the applicant/respondent praying for struck off the name of respondent No.2 Niru  Goswami since she has already died on 4-8-2016.

          Prayer for struck off the name of Niru Goswami is allowed.

          Misc Case is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

          Registry is to correct the cause title accordingly.
