The matter is passed over once. On the second call also there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. On the last date of hearing i.e., 06.02.2014 adjournment cost of Rs.10,000/- was imposed upon the petitioner which were to be deposited in the Consumer Legal Aid Account of this Commission within four weeks. It was also observed that in case the petitioner fails to comply with aforesaid directions, the revision petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further orders. Since, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner nor order dated 06.02.2014 has been complied with by the petitioner within the specified period, the revision petition is dismissed in default as well as for non-compliance.
