This is an application for restoration of revision petition which was dismissed in default on 7.10.2013 due to non-appearance of the petitioner as well as his counsel. Heard. The matter is at an initial stage. For the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed and petition stands restored, subject to payment of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as cost. Cost be deposited by way of demand draft in the name of onsumer Legal Aid Accountof this Commission, within four weeks. In case, petitioner fails to deposit the cost within the specified period, then application for restoration shall stand dismissed automatically, without any further order.
