Union Bank of India, a Body Corporate Constituted under the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertaking) Act, 1970 having its Head Office at 239, Vidhan Bhawan Marg, Nariman Point Mumbai-400021 and having among others, a Main Branch at Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri, through Shri Kuldeep Kashyap Manager, Duly authorized and constitutional Attorney of the Bank.
2. Pardeep Kashyap (wrongly mentioned actual name of the Branch Manager is Kuldeep Kashyap) Manager, Union Bank of India, Opposite Petrol Pump, Adjoining Sector-18, Jagadhri.

File taken up today before the National Lok Adalat.
2. Mr. Bharat Kawal, learned counsel for the appellant has suffered a statement that the appellant bank has paid a sum of Rs.10,000/- with interest to the complainant/respondent in compliance of order passed by the learned District Commission, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri. Therefore, the appellants do not want to pursue further with the present appeal. Hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal as the matter has been amicably settled between both the parties.His statement in this regard recorded separately.
3. In view of the statement made by Mr. Bharat Kawal,learned counsel for the appellants, the present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
4. Statutory amount of Rs.5400/- deposited at the time of filing of present appeal be refunded to the appellants against proper receipt and identification and as per rules.
5. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
6. Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.
