1.                 Today Ld. counsel for complainant has got recorded his statement, recorded separately, to the effect that the matter has compromised between complainant and OP No.2, so he does not want to pursue further with this complaint and same may be disposed of.

2.                 In view of the above statement, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copies of this order be sent to parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules.  File be consigned to the records, in due course.
