          The Complainant and O.P. are present.

          The M.A. 292/2019 filed by Complainant is taken up.

          Heard both sides. Considered.

          The Complainant stated that his mobile no. in the Credit Card application was tampered with by the O.P. and his mobile no. 9932678884 was tampered with by inserting the number as 9982678884. Hence, the Complainant prayed for appointing an expert for opinion regarding the tampering at the lost of Complainant.

          The O.P. raises strong objection and stated that such appointment was uncalled for and not to be entertained with and will only delay the proceeding.

          But considering the contentions it is found that the O.P. will not be prejudiced if expert opinion is received on this issue at the cost of Complainant who may suffer if his prayer is not allowed.

          Hence, the M.A. 292/19 is allowed on contest.

          The parties to file the Requisites copies of documents for sending the same to CID, Bhawani Bhawan handwriting expert for assessment of cost by.
