Final Order / Judgement

ORDER

                     The counsel for the Ops has stated that the mistake has been rectified by the OPs.

                        With the efforts of the Lok Adalat the matter has been amicably settled. As per settlement, the OPs are ready to pay Rs.10,000/- to the complainant towards full and final settlement of the case within 10 days.  The offer of OPs is acceptable to the complainant and he wants to withdraw the complaint. Both the parties have appended their respective notes regarding the settlement on the complaint.

                        In view of the above, it is ordered that the OPs shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the complainant within 10 days from today failing which the OPs shall pay  additional amount of Rs.10,000/- to the complainant and the complainant would be at liberty to avail legal remedy available to him.

                        Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
