The complainant is found absent on call and no steps is taken.  On scrutiny of the record it appears that the complainant remained absent on previous date i.e. on 06.03.2024 also.  It is now 01.00 p.m.

In view of the above, it seems to us that the complainant is not at all interested to proceed with the Consumer Complaint.

Hence, it is

ORDERED

that Consumer Complaint be and the same is dismissed.  No costs.
