                        This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. The matter has been settled between the parties. The learned counsel for the complainant has received cheque No.914793, dated 6.12.2010 amounting to Rs.20,000/- drawn on Axis Bank Ltd. in favour of complainant from the OPs, towards full and final settlement and hence he withdraws the present complaint as satisfied. His statement to that effect has been recorded separately. Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
