            This application will dispose of the application filed by complainant praying that the order dated 23.7.2012 whereby the complaint was dismissed in default be set aside and the case be restored at its original number.

            We have heard the learned counsel for complainant. In view of the ratio of the case ‘Rajeev Hitendra Pathak & ors. vs. Achyut Kashinath Karekar & anr.’ 2011 (9) SCC 541’, this Forum has no jurisdiction to review its own order. Hence, the application is not maintainable and the same is dismissed.

            Certified copy of this order free of cost be supplied to the complainant. File be consigned.
