The record pertaining to C.C No. 315 of 27-10-2009 decided on 17-03-2010 under Section 12 and Execution Application under section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, has been sent to the Hon’ble State Commission, Punjab, Chandigarh as per their requisition No. SCDRC/PB/J/2010/12252 dated 1-10-2010. Hence, no record is left with this FORA. The learned counsel for the opposite parties stated before this Forum that the opposite parties have deposited Rs. 1.00 Lac with the Hon’ble State Commission, Chandigarh and the stay has been confirmed.

Since the aforesaid record has been sent to Hon’ble State Commission, Chandigarh, no further proceedings can be taken by this Forum in his regard. Hence, this file is closed. File be consigned.
