Petitioner in person and counsel for the respondent present.  Counsel for the respondent has handed over NOC as directed on 13.12.2010.   In view of this nothing more survives in this matter since we have already observed in order dated 9.11.2010 that in so far as other relief relating to the refund of security amount is concerned, we are not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner since the complaint is, in fact, time barred and dismissed by the fora below on the ground of limitation.

            Revision petition stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.
