ORDER

     In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission.

     E-mail alongwith scanned copy of application received from Sh.Mayank Goyal, Counsel for Complainant with the prayer that the parties have entered into settlement and matter has been compromised and hence the complainant wishes to withdraw the present consumer complaint. Contents of the e-mail & application confirmed from counsel for the parties through virtual hearing. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. It is disposed of accordingly.

      Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
