          Complaint presented today. It be checked and registered. Complainant has made a statement that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same on account of technical defect and sought permission to file afresh.

                In view of statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
