ORDER

We have heard Shri Padmanabhan on admission and have considered the orders passed by fora below. We agree with the view taken by the fora below that the petitioner/opposite party who had been repaid the loan taken against truck No.PB-04-AN-9532 cannot withhold issuance of clearance certificate in regard to the truck/loan and petitioner can recover the amount due in regard to other two loans for which other vehicles were hypothecated by the respondent/complainant with the petitioner. We decline to interfere with the impugned order in revisional jurisdiction under Section 21(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. Dismissed.
