ORDER

This Suo Moto proceedings were registered keeping in view the circumstances and the situation that had arisen as recorded in the office note dated 04.10.2024. In the wake of subsequent developments when the Member concerned has already demitted office it is no longer necessary to further keep this matter pending and it is accordingly consigned. It is informed at the bar that the next date fixed is 20.11.2024. It shall be open to the State Commission to dispose of the matter after granting fresh hearing to the parties and decide the matter accordingly.
