ORDER

     Case taken up today on the application received from counsel for complainant through petition box for withdrawal of the present consumer complaint. Per contents of the application, the complainant/authority holder has received the refund of Rs.179573/- in his bank account directly being price of the tickets and since the ticket amount has been refunded by the OPs, the complainant/authority holder is satisfied and has no claim against OPs. Contents of the application confirmed from the counsel for complainant through virtual hearing. In view of the request made in the application, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. This case be not listed on 09.03.2022 as already ordered as it stood disposed of today.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
