When confronted with the fact that the claim made towards compensation etc. appears to be inflated and it appears to have been only to file complaint before this Commission, Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file a-fresh one before the District Forum by giving better facts.

                   Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Spare copy be retained for the office record and all the three original paper-books be returned to the Counsel for the complainant.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
