No-one present on behalf of the appellant.  Counsel for the appellant  Mr. Ashok Mathur,  Advocate on record for the appellant absent.  His office clerk Mr. Naresh Kumar present and informs that Mr. Mathur is busy elsewhere.  Previous proceedings also shows, that except on 24.09.2012 when Shri Mathur was present before the Commission, the appellant has been represented by Advocates who are not on record.

2.         Even on second call, neither the counsel Mr. Ashok Mathur nor the appellant present.  The appeal was filed over one year ago and from the conduct of the appellant and his counsel, it is clear that they are completely disinterested in pursuing the same.

      The Appeal is therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution.
