     In view of the separate statement made by Sh.Rajinder Kumar Sood, Counsel for Complainants on 08.08.2023, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and as per settlement, he has already received draft for an amount of Rs.20470/- bearing No.051481 dated 04.07.2023 in favour of complainant No.1 from OPs through its counsel Sh.Daksh Prem Azad, Advocate, towards full & final settlement in the present matter and hence he does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint and prayed that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. In view of the statement, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
