ORDER

                    Sh. Gobind Sharma, counsel for the complainant has received a Cheque of Rs.27000/- and Rs.1000/- in cash from the learned counsel for the OP and appended a note on the first page of the application that he withdraws this E.A, subject to realization of this Cheque.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn, subject to realization of the Cheque.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
