Air Inida Sansand Bhawan, 113, Air Line House Gurudwara Rakabgang Road, New Delhi-110001 through its Authorized representative.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

                Shri Suraj Mandhan, counsel for OP.

                       

                Today the case was fixed for filing written version on behalf of OP.

                However, at this stage, learned counsel for complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP, therefore, he does not want to proceed with the present complaint.    

           In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
