that  the complaint be and the same is dismissed against all the O.Ps.  on contest. But for filing such baseless and frivolous complaint, complainant shall have to deposit punitive damages of Rs.10,000/- only to the State Consumer Welfare Fund within one month, failing which, penal proceeding shall be started.
