At this stage, Sh.Hardeep Singh, Adv.counsel for the complainant appeared and suffered statement that complainant had died and legal heirs have instructed him to withdraw the present complaint as the amount in question has been refunded by the opposite party and requested that present complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, in view of the above statement, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
