COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 35 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019 AS AMENDED UPTO DATE

Present:-      Sh. Rohit Anand, Advocate, for the Complainant.

                   Today the complaint is fixed for consideration on its admissibility. During Consideration, Ld. Counsel on behalf of the Complainant, by making a separate statement, states that the Complainant does not want to pursue with the present complaint due to some technical reasons; hence, he withdraws the same, seeking liberty to file it afresh. The Ld. Counsel further prays that Original as well as Member sets may be returned to him.

                    Heard. In view of the statement made by the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file it afresh before the Commission/Appropriate Authority/Tribunal/Competent Court etc. The Assistant of this Commission is directed to return the Original Complaint and annexures along with Member sets to the Complainant after retaining photocopy of the Original Complaint and annexures on the case file.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the Complainant, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
