On a pointed query by the Bench, it is stated by learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent/Complainant that the Respondent has now shifted to another network.

In view of the submission, Mr. Narain, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, states that since the directions, issued by the lower Fora, except for providing a booster, have already been complied with and the Respondent having changed his service provider, this Revision Petition may be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

It is ordered accordingly, with no order as to costs.
