                    Both parties are personally present through O.P. No.1 his Advocate, who authorize to entered in Compromise petition for compromise file with condition that the O.P. will refund the premium amount which has been deposited by the complainant within a fortnight. The petition is allowed, the O.P. is directed to pay the premium amount within fortnight and the case is allowed accordingly.
