i have purchased nokia 603 on 2 may 2013 from flipkart.com, after 3 to 4 days my cell started showing many problems like display problem, automatically cell getting switched off, hang, touch problem and the list goes on. I have visit nokia care centre THREE times. All they do is simply flash my mobile and give back and again the same problem persists after using few days. I have also shown them picture proof when my display gets blurred but they are not considering this at all. They just keep in observation and say the same thing that "nothing happened during the observation period". It is not my fault if the nothing happens during observation, I have the proof in image why is this not enough why you don't repair or give a replacement. Nokia such a huge MNC but what is this cheap,liverish and stingy response you are giving.
I request you to please repair my cel properly or give me a replacement and stop harassing your customers.
