I have Jharkhand BSNL prepaid connection (cell No 9431150885). I had recharged my a/c with the magic voucher of Rs. 45/- to get the facility of 1 paisa per second call (both in local and STD) on November 2009. The validity of the scheme is up to March 24, 2010. One week before on 22nd February I noticed in the evening that BSNL was cutting Rs. 1.50/per call in STD and Rs. 1.00/per call in local. I thought that it was a mistake, but after similar 3/4 calls I had called the customer care on 23rd February. They had given me one complains no (5183726) and assured me to solve the problem as soon as possible, but the problem persists. I again called them on Thursday and eventually got another complains (5188333) and the result was same. Then I tried to recharge one new magic voucher of Rs. 45/- but failed. The agent told me that as far as the previous voucher is valid I canít recharge a new one. Now you imagine the situation. I canít either recharge a new one or get the facility of the existing. As I am from West Bengal and frequently use STD to call my fiancť, parents and relatives and talked almost one and half hour in every day. Therefore, I need the facility of that scheme very badly.
On Friday again I called the customer care and was assured once again. After that I went to my native place in West Bengal and came back on Monday and found that the problem remains. I immediately called the customer care and again got one complains no (5183726) but with no results as usual. Yesterday I called the customer care 4 times and either they cut the call after hearing my problem or very reluctantly told me that they will solve the problem. In last call I told that if they did not do anything yesterday I will complain in consumer court. Even after that they did nothing. I am quite astonished to see such kind of situation and how an organization like BSNL is doing with their customer. Please help.
