My tv goes off due to the faulty setbox and no one seems to be helping.
I had made enough time of calls to the concerned airtel guys herre they come and can do nothing. my tv mechanic told me tat maybe the set box is faulty. again and again i have been calling the airtel nos but they all seems to be wrong. why the hell wrong nos are given to us when we have done proper advance payment.
now i am thinking of buying a new tv but if the issue is becos of the airtel setbox, are they going to pay me my cost of the new tv?
