    Default Complain Against MTS Data Card

    We've purchased two MBlaze, and that is in Guarantee for its working, however, it is not working well as they have promised.
    In spite of this when we call them, they don't pick up our phone as well as they don't revert at our complain against their product.
    Can you please help us in this regard.

    Default MTS Device was stop & not started again

    I am cheated by MTS in 999 plan..they said that it is unlimited..then suddenly my device is not running in 7 daysÖi called..they keep giving excuses that reinstall the device and all shit..i was complained in mts dpts as well as my dealer but nobody cannt reply for the same.Now i cant hope that this device start again or not.

    I have wasted my money..but dear all donít get fool as me..

    PLs solve it.

    Default didnt got reebok shoes

    Respected Sir,
    i had purchased mts- mblaze on 31-11-2010, and registered for mts shoes for 1-12-2010. I had been said by the distributer that i will get my shoes within 15 days. But till date i havent got it and now when i am contacting them, they are rudely saying that they dont have any knowledge about it and also not giving me any email address or phone number of their senior.     Default MTS Bad Service

    Hello There,

    I had purchased a postpaid mts- mblaze RS - 999 on 14-10-2011 from Anu telecom, sec -22, noida and and got activated on 17-10-2011. The dealer committed me that, 10 GB data will be free for first month and then you have to choose monthly suited plan as per my your budget. despite of this, MTS Company has raised a bill amount of RS 468 by my name. When i complained with MTS CCare they told me MTS - 899 unlimited plan has been activated by your number.

    I didn't picked any unlimited plan. i want only limited plan.

    When i asked to the dealer about this matter, he rudely behaved with me.

    Second thing is, They committed me that i will receive 3.1 Mbps speed and now i am getting 1.30 kbps. which is very poor and couldn't checked my mails.

    I also complained many times with MTS care and they told me delete cookies, temp files and reinstalled the software etc. in spite of doing this, still i m not getting proper solution.

    I am fully frustrated by MTS. Very bad and poor service.

    Please solve the problem ASAP.

    I would like to express great regret on a service failure and bad customer service that i experienced in your company.

    I have purchased a MTS mblaze internet data card (MDN NO. 8453123097) as on 24-10-11 and i opted post paid connection Rs.799/- unlimited plan. From Nov 16th onwards, i couldn't connect to the internet or unable to connect. when i am connecting to the internet, the error message is showing that "The remote connection was denied because the username and password combination you provide". I am not getting internet service for the last 20 days. I contacted to customer care several time and visited MTS head office couple of times (compliant No.C1153221077,C1154050953). One service technician visited my place and he couldn't solve this problem. Still the problem is not solved. I am very disappointed with your poor service.

    I would be grateful if you can place the action that you feel is appropriate for full resolution such as refund,new product placement or any relevant action.

    no one on earth is more dumb than mts call centre executives....
    i paid rs 199 for mts games on demand....
    till today i m not able to play a single game ...
    more than 20 days have passed....
    AFTER COMPLAINING A COUPLE OF TIMES.....
    once sumone called me at 9 pm....
    i told him to call the next day between 10 am and 5 pm but....
    its no use complaining.............
    JUST DONT BUY MTS....

    i brought mts blaze datacard connection 17/04/12 i used only 2 days after i asked to customer he siad'd that my verfication it has been in negative. some mistake happen in that verfication please make that clear with hours
