    Default Poor After sale service support of videocon D2H

    I am navneet kumar, i have purchased Videocon D2H three months ago. from past 7 days its not working and i made call to their customer care several times but not got a positive result from their side. I am continuously making call to their office, customer care, nodal officer etc. but no one is taking interest in my matter and totally doing wrong commitments from past 6 days.

    We have gone through your complaint and suggest you to send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of VIDEOCONE DTH, mention all the details in it, attach photocopy of all the supporting document and ask them for the proper solution within the mentioned time in the notice.
    Wait for their response and revert us back.
    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.

    Default Very Poor & Fake service promise of Videocon D2H

    Hello Sir,
    I have purchased Videocon D2H in Starting of March'2010. We are purchased 4 connection at once.
    We faced some of problems with these products:-

    1) The seller has promised that we are giving you for months Gold pack free in the total cost of the Connection i.e. Rs. 1600/- per connection. but, we are surprised when our accounts has suspanded after 2.5 months. When we are contact to their coustmer care, they said that the dealer has not paid your amount in your account. I am asked to him what to do for me now, He said u contact the dealer, It means, Videocon "THE GREAT" has been providing their service to us without receive the payment for 2.5 months??? One more, they are not providing any user manual, operating manual with their products.

    2) Also note this, after the installetion of thier product, we are facing the disturbance of the satelite antena, once if our antena is disturbed, everytime we are calling to coustmer care or thier engineer, and everytime the service they are charging Rs. 200 to us.

    3) In the above said product, the are fixed 2 type of codes, 1st code is default, but the 2nd code is the property of Videocon D2H, It means if you are purchased a Product of Videcon D2H, you are unable to access the code without presence of their engineer. for the 2nd code I am called thier coustmer care so many times, but they are not told me the 2nd code. They told that we dont have the code, u contact to our engineer for that. Now my question is this- "If you dont have full information about the product, why you are sitting there and why harasing the peoples.

    4) I am now destryed the above product & giving advise to all Indians, please avoide the fake product i.e. Videocon D2H.
