    Default ATM money withdrawal discrepancy

    I am a customer of ICICI bank Aundh Branch Pune. Once i took out money from ICICI ATM using my own ATM card but i got Rs400/= less then what was deducted from my account. Actually i got Rs100 Note in place of Rs 500 Note. I reported this to bank in writing but after some time bank informed me that as per their recored nothing of such type had happened.
    what to do in such type of cases.
