i want to bring following point into your knowledge.
1.That , I was using Toshiba LED TV Model No 32PT200ZE and Serial No 049T42014956K1. LED TV Display was not working. As the LED TV was under warranty , i registered a complaint to Toshiba Service Center. The service engineer visited my house on very next day but he said that panel needs to be changed . After lot of wait and numerous mail sent to company, i got response that Toshiba company had discontinued to make panels. so you will get refund of all cost .
2.But,even till date i.e 17.01.2017 , neither i got any refund nor replacement as assured by company. Even refund has been assured by company in their response mails dated 04.10.2016,14.11.2016 & 15.11.2016.
3. I have sent numerous mails to toshiba on "email@example.com".
4.This shows your company behavior towards customer, i am very upset with all this .
5.More than 06 months has already passed. but yet company is unable to resolve.
6. I hope that you will look into the matter and will take an appropriate action
