    Default Airtel billing for two months despite discontinue request

    I called Airtel (121) in Sep'15 requesting to cancel my data card account as I was moving to a location where I know Airtel coverage is very weak. Instead of discontinuing my account, they've been sending bills every month with hefty penalties. This has to stop, is there a way this can be reported to TRAI?

    The associated number is 9717098842.
