sir, below is my complain against i.c.i.c.i pru. life insu. co. who does not respond
my complain against them ,inspite of complaining @ i.r.d.a probabaly becaz not
receivig my mail, so i again give copy to themas mark cc of this mail, &to concern
co. as Bcc for giving them 1 more chance to comply my complain.
pl. go through my complain & ask any more required details from me, concern co, &
sort out the solution of my complain as my rs. 12500/- is laying idle with this co.
since 26/2/2009, without any intrest & without any insurance cover& without any
issuance of units, against my investment.
i have also register complain in prescribe format of ur court through ur website. if
not receive, pl, conseder this mail as a complain against this co. & register my
case in ur court. & guide me proper that now what i have to do.

u may now positive reply & issue me fresh policy from new dt. with issuance of
units from 26/3/09 date from which u have issue my first policy.that is my main
requirement.&that will i get by approching any authority in india. that u keep in ur

sir i had applied for 2 policy of life & health in feb.2009, by filing 2
application with same documents, same medical tests reports, with advance premium
paid of 12500/- for each policy. out of them i get my life policy in 26/3/2009.
while for second , co. is denied for there establishment faults for non allowed
lots of time consumed for concluding my application ,resulting, my age falls from
55-to 56.& for that reason they not issue my policy, for which, i am not
responsible. i ha made correspondence to resolve this, but co, is not ready to
resolve, my resonable complain ,up to last 2 month. i have waited to much, i dont
get my right from them .hence, i approach to ur orgenisation to get my right.
i attach my complain in ur prescribe format , with some copy of my correspondence
with this co.
i hope that u will help me to get my policy.
hoping for the best... i am giving copy to this complain with hope that they can
do some thing fast before u ask the details of my complain from them.

________ when i applied for this health policy in february 2009, my birth date is
04/09/1953. at the time of log in my both policy , my lehgly age was 55 year 5
months, & some days ,this is legaly conseder as 55, , i have already applied for 2
policy, i had been checked medically for both policy, i had submit my same all
documents for this both polkicy, & i have received 1 policy in time. from my same
documents & medical reports,& up to 5/08/2009 u have not taken care to inform me
about this . u & ur establisment concern deptt. had taken very very long time to
conclude my data, which is totally ur falts, & now u have send my premium amount
back to me by check .which is also not accepted to me, i have describe all this
iregularities from ur ends to local branch manager mr. korepal on dt.12\09\09. at
bhavnagar. he also agree that in this case i am at not fault totally. fault is from
co. ends. so it is co. basic duty to issue my policy since february
2009. & credit me necessary units at the rate prevails on february 2009. without
any further un necesary mails, I have also instruct them that if they r fails to
do this I may force to contect in GRAHAK SURAXA & IRDA against there un fair
process to their policy holder. but I am sorry to state that co. had not take my
complain seriously. they pass my valuable time . u can ask them to furnish total
record of my application , medical report, my submitted documents in my both
applications of feb. 2009 for life & health policy, my e.mails , co. answer
e.mails. & u can see that ,this co. is avoiding my rights to get my policy.
I request ur authorities to instruct them to issue me my requied policy.without
westing any time.
