I bought a Bajaj WATER HEATER Shakti of capacity of 15 litres dated on 1/12/12 from Lotus kohefiza Bhopal, from the 3rd day installation done by lotus representative but gyser was not working they was confused why gyser is not working they intimate to lotus after intimation lotus send another men for check the unit they gave report to lotus gyser is not working properly, lotus was given surety to me sir they exchange the gyser in next two days dated 15/12/12,but yesterday dated 18 th still no call from lotus side no exchange is happen from lotus side,i again complain to him there representative they asked me we discuss for cash back to you ,i suffered from 20 days for my gyser installation but they discuss for return my money how strange,i dont want to cash back my amount i want to installation as earliest, please take a action against the concerned authorities.
