Complainant present. Opposite parties represented and submit complaint is not maintainable in view of the decision of the Honble Supreme Court vide order dated 01.09.2009 in Civil Appeal No. 7687 of 2004 between General Manager, Telecom & M. Krishnan & others. In view of the above, complaint is not maintainable before this Forum. Hence complaint is dismissed as not maintainable. Complainant is at liberty to approach appropriate authority for redressal of grievances if any.
